No, reservations are generally not required. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis for breakfast and lunch. During peak hours (especially weekend mornings), we recommend arriving early as wait times can occur. Groups larger than 6 should call ahead.
All three locations—Parkton Grill on Main, Parkton Grill 2.0, and Grill at Bordeaux—maintain consistent hours:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed

Yes. Our menu includes multiple vegetarian options, particularly in our breakfast and salad sections. We can also adapt many dishes to be vegan-friendly by substituting eggs, cheese, or meat. Always ask your server for vegan recommendations.
